Leadership Team

Jack Getzelman is the Chief Executive Officer of Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS). Since co-founding RMS in 2003, Mr. Getzelman has held responsibility for RMS' operational, strategic, financial and administrative activities. Mr. Getzelman has more than 30 years of experience in the investment banking and finance services industry. Before establishing RMS, Mr. Getzelman was Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and NatWest Markets. Mr. Getzelman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College.

Eddy Kup is Managing Director of Trading and Analytics of Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS). Mr. Kup has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and the financial institutions industry. Prior to founding RMS in 2003, Mr. Kup was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and National Westminster Bank Plc. During his investment banking years, Mr. Kup focused on advising financial institutions, developing special expertise in public and private equity offerings, high-yield and convertible debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, and asset-backed securitizations. Mr. Kup holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Erica Liu is the Corporate Controller of Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS). Ms. Liu is responsible for all accounting, treasury, regulatory compliance and administrative functions. Prior to becoming the Corporate Controller of RMS, Ms. Liu was in charge of various accounting and reporting tasks in the Accounting Department of RMS. Ms. Liu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

James Guerin joined Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS) in March of 2008 as Managing Director of Servicing and Surveillance. Mr. Guerin is responsible for oversight of RMS' servicing relationships. With more than 30 years of varied management experience in mortgage and financial institutions, he has served as chief administrative officer at Encore Credit Corporation, SVP Loan Servicing Division at Washington Mutual, managing director of loan servicing at Long Beach Mortgage Corporation and chief financial officer at Long Beach Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Guerin obtained his CPA license in the state of California (currently inactive), starting his career with Deloitte and Touche in the Financial Institutions Industry Audit Group. Mr. Guerin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

Audry Patterson is the Director Risk Management and Investor Relations at Residential Mortgage Solution LLC. Ms. Patterson has over 38 years of experience as a senior executive in the residential mortgage industry. Prior to joining RMS, Ms. Patterson was Founder of ICAM Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in all areas of residential mortgage credit risk, including mortgage servicer surveillance and management, portfolio valuation and review, front-end acquisition and due diligence, back-end sale, repurchase and fraud management. Prior to that Ms. Patterson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Aames Investment Corporation overseeing various departments including Quality Management, front-end acquisition and due diligence, back-end sale, repurchase and fraud management.

Gina Hoadley is the Director of Servicing and Surveillance who has over two decades of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries with over 16 years specifically concentrated in asset management and investor relations. Gina Hoadley brings a wealth of knowledge, proven leadership, and operational expertise that consistently drives profitability and performance. This includes implementing strategic operational improvements that not only boost efficiency and morale but also contribute to sustainable business growth.

David Sanders is the Director of Technology of Residential Mortgage Solution LLC. Mr. Sanders is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience providing leadership as a senior executive within the Information Technology arena. Prior to joining RMS, Mr. Sanders was senior executive on staff as a Chief Technology Officer of Vital Assets Inc, with responsibility for Information Technology Management. He has a multi-disciplined approach as a cross-functional integrator providing direct experience to solutions. A leader in creating broad based comprehensive business solutions. Directs large-scale projects within dynamic multi-task environments. Skilled at evaluating results and adjusting outcome. Experienced in coordinating divergent factions into a well-organized harmonious operation. Knowledgeable about technologically related management issues, quantitative analysis, process, and assembling milestones. Manages intellectual property and core competencies within the organization. Involved in the leadership of consulting projects in several of the largest organizations in North America, including IBM, Oracle, and NASA. As Chief Technology Officer Mr. Sanders' is the chief liaison between the customer team and the technical team, ensuring technical and budgetary missions are achieved.
