Founded in 2003 as a specialty finance company, Residential Mortgage Solution (RMS) has participated in over 300 distinct buy and sell side transactions totaling over $24 billion in principal balance (UPB) as well as provided surveillance services on over $90 billion in UPB over the last 20+ years.

RMS has total assets under management (AUM) of over $60.0 billion in UPB from over a dozen institutional clients. AUMs include non-qualified mortgages (NQMs), debt service coverage ratio loans (DSCRs), and fix and flip residential transition loans (RTLs), re-performing loans (RPLs), non-performing loans (NPLs), scratch and dent loans (S&D), mortgage servicing rights (MSRs) , and real estate owned (REOs).
